Welcome to Love Hue to Life, Wellness and Recovery (LH2L)... I'm so glad that you are here! My name is Eboni Talley, Certified Functional Trichologist and owner of LH2L Wellness and Recovery. I also am a LICENSED Cosmetologist of 14+ years and owner of Love Hue to Life Hair Studio. I am VERY passionate about my craft and the many individuals whose hair I am blessed to touch. I am BEYOND BLESSED to be able to bridge the gap between Cosmetology and Trichology because as my instructor says, "Trichology is the NEW Cosmetology." At LH2L Wellness and Recovery, as a Functional Trichologist, I am trained to utilize my knowledge of physiological mapping of the body systems to discover and uncover- “Get to the root cause”- of your concerns regarding hair loss. MISSION My mission as a Certified Functional Trichologist is to support individuals in addressing the root cause of their hair loss by providing personalized, holistic protocols. It is my goal to educate, support, and empower YOU! I will ensure that you understand the issue that you may initially come into the clinic with, extends well beyond hair growth and into your overall health. Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of services provided by LH2L Wellness and Recovery, it is imperative that if you cannot make the scheduled appointment that you cancel/reschedule in a timely manner. If you have to cancel you appointment, you MUST cancel you appointment WITHIN 24 HOURS of your SCHEDULED appointment. This is to be respectful of the clinic's time/schedule and also to give the opportunity for the slot to be rebooked. If you DO NOT cancel your appointment WITHIN the time frames outlined, you will be charged a fee based on the following: *Within 24 HOURS--- NO FEE *LESS than 24 HOURS --- 50% of your scheduled service *If you ARE able to RESCHEDULE your appointment WITHIN 24 hours of the cancellation, you will ONLY be charged 25% of the previously scheduled time slot. IF you MISS your scheduled appointment, AND DO NOT CANCEL OR show up to the studio, you WILL be considered a "NO CALL/NO SHOW". You will ALSO be charged 100% of your scheduled service. In addition, you risk not being able to reschedule for any salon services in the future. ANY and ALL accrued cancellation fees will need to be PAID prior to any services being rendered. LH2L Wellness and Recovery understands that situations arise, things and LIFE happens ...I reserve the right to use DISCRETION on the enforcement of these policies. Just as LH2L Wellness and Recovery puts GREAT effort into being considerate of each clients' time, it is the REQUEST of the clinic, that the consideration is reciprocated. LH2L Wellness and Recovery appreciates EACH AND EVERY client who chooses to be serviced in the clinic and will make ALL PROVISIONS to ensure a relaxing, refreshing and calming experience!
